Q: How do I set up my classes on the App?

​​A: The set up for My Grades Manager is meant to be a simple one time process:

 

1. Enter the name of the class you'd like My Grades Manager to track

 

2. Enter the teacher's name for this course.

 

3. Click on the "+" icon to add teacher details like phone number and email address.

 

4. Select whether your grade is Points or Percentage based. 

 

5. Add any grading categories other than tests, quizzes, and homework (ie: group project, lab reports, presentation, etc.)

 

6. If your class is percentage based: enter the percentages for each category.  If points based there is nothing additional to enter at this stage. 

 

7. Save your class

Q: What grade level is the app designed for

​A:  This app was designed with middle school through college students in mind.  During the testing phase of the app we heard from many recent high school and college graduates who all said they wish they had an app like this when they were in school!  The more information you can feed the app with regard to how your class grades are calculated the more robust the app experience! Q: What if my class is based on points - can I still use the app?​

A: ABSOLUTELY!! When you start using the app simply select whether your class is points or percentage based.  If your class is points based simply enter the total number of points you earn and the total possible points for each graded assignment. The app will do the rest! You'll be on your way to being a grade management rockstar in no time!

​Q: Can I share my grades?

​

A: You can post your wonderful grades to social media outlets like facebook and twitter as well as simply sending a customized grade report via email to whomever you'd like! Show off your smarts while motivating others! With one touch your grade report is ready to be sent wherever you'd like it to go.
